  • Breakfast – Two small burritos (black beans, totilla, egg, onion, garlic, chicken/apple sausage, mozzarella cheese), Multivitamin, Cup of Coffee, Diet Pepsi
  • Morning Snack – Diet Pepsi, low fat cottage cheese, low sodium V8, banana
  • Late Lunch – Subway Club (wheat bread, no mayo or cheese), 3/4 diet coke & 1/4 reg coke
  • Evening Snack – Banana, Diet Pepsi, whole wheat fish food crackers
  • Dinner – Hamburger (wheat bread, 93/7 meat, onion, pickles, tomato, mustard), plum
  • Before Bed Snack (bad) – Whole wheat gold fish crackers
